Yes, you will earn rewards on every booking made directly on our website.
When you make a booking that is eligible for Cool Rewards, the amount of rewards earned will remain in a “pending” state until the travel date has passed. Within 24 hours of travel date, the rewards will be available to use.
There is no minimum order value required to redeem your rewards. This means that you can pay for 100% of your order with rewards.
If rewards are redeemed against a booking and that booking is canceled or refunded, these rewards will be reissued to your account.
Yes, your rewards will automatically converted to the currency you selected.
Yes, Cool Rewards can be used in conjunction with a promo code.
While available rewards are automatically applied at checkout, you can choose not to use them by switching them off.

If you add additional people or choose a more expensive option, your reward amount earned will increase.
